Jason Paul has always been drawn to the search for truth and justice. Raised in South Florida, Mr. Paul, received the award for outstanding distinction in Lincoln-Douglas debate, finishing second place nationwide. At Lafayette College, Jason established a speech and debate program, and was nominated as a McKelvy Scholar, a group that was featured by CBS morning news.
After graduation from the University of Miami School of Law, Jason entered a private law practice centered around helping the injured and the families of victims of wrongful death. In his practice, Jason has successfully achieved numerous million dollar and multi-million dollar results. Recently, Jason achieved one of the largest verdicts in 2008 when an Orange County jury returned a verdict of $15 million for the wrongful death of a young woman.
Jason focuses his practice on representing the victims of nursing home abuse and neglect. In doing so, he has battled nursing home facilities and corporations across the country. Additionally, Jason dedicates substantial time and energy every week volunteering as a guardian ad litem for abused and neglected children.
